After moving JJVann & Co. from a quaint little storefront in Lebanon, Illinois to the World Wide Web, things changed. Unlike a storefront where you are able to set a mood for not only your eyes, but for your ears and nose as well! A storefront is not just “things to buy” but an atmosphere, an oasis, if you please. Every time someone passed by my big bay windows, they would get a glimpse of what to expect on the inside. Once that door opened, each guest was greeted with an onset of familiar fragrances, uplifting music and a personal greeting; unlike a-unique e-boutique.

Dabbling in the e-commerce business was how it began, honestly, yet after years of research, guidance, assistance and persistence, JJVann & Co. has come full circle. Realizing not only how it works and runs, but also what keeps people interested and coming back for more, 13 to be exact!

LUCKY 13 evolved based on the number of items that continue to perform against all the other boutiques online. Unfortunately, JJVann no longer has the opportunity to impress based on storefront windows, sightly merchandising and wonderfully fit music; we have to WOW each customer with our product line, uniqueness, customer service and packaging!
